My Mission

We are human beings, not human doings.

I have always been drawn to deep conversations, empowering myself and others to find their voice and their path in life, getting in touch with our deepest heart's desire - and ultimately being in true relationship with one another. I have always been a helper. Being a helper has been why I chose to work in nonprofits, why I wanted to teach yoga and what brings me to coaching. My mission is to live my own life with open hearted vulnerability and great love. Part of fulfilling this mission is to help others find their calling, to provide opportunities and insight.

In the end, my mission is to help people be in the fullness of their own lives.

If you are not enough for yourself / you will never be enough / for someone else
