Embodied Leadership Coaching
Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?
~ Mary Oliver
Root down to rise up.
As a yoga instructor, I say this phrase often to my students. Whatever is touching the ground, we root down to build a strong foundation. We balance on top of that firm foundation and breathe into our bodies to yoke together the mind, body and soul in yoga.
The same can be said for life. If you want to rise up, you are going to have to root down and get real with yourself. In order to blossom into the you that has been waiting, your authentic self, you have to be willing to unravel, to unlearn, to un-think, and to unhook your journey from past experiences so you can be free to set a new course.
As your coach, I will ask you to dig deep, we will clear out the brush together and make space for transformational growth. It is this deep work - rooting down to your core, getting in touch with your heart, integrating your life - that will allow you to live fully into your life.
What are you waiting for? Let's get started.
Lead from the inside.
As a nonprofit leader, I understand the difficulties of bringing our whole selves to work and this world. Learning to advocate for ourselves while advocating for others can be difficult. Self-care might seem self-indulgent when we are working to heal the world.
I am interested in coaching leaders, or leaders in-training, who want to bring their whole selves to their work and their lives. I am interested in you, your own self-work, that builds your capacity to lead in tough - and good - times. I am interested in building your authentic, sustainable, leadership.
What would it feel like to step fully into your power - to truly lead? Let's find out, together.
Embodied leadership coaching is tailored to each client and lasts anywhere from 3 months to a year. Meetings may take place in person (DC metro area) or over Zoom. The financial investment of coaching is investing in self - and ensuring accountability. Coaching results happen when you are thoroughly committed to showing up, engaging fully in the work and creating lasting progress.
Does your someday begin now?
