Yoga for Turbulent Times

Let’s join together on Sundays to socially connect and move our bodies. Yoga is literally the practice of "yoking," or connecting, the mind, body and soul. Connecting with our body's innate wisdom allows us to be better resourced and resilient for what lies ahead.

This will be a weekly virtual, hour long yoga class inclusive of meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises). You do not need any props or even a yoga mat, just some space to move your body and anything that may make you feel supported.

The Zoom meeting will open 15 minutes before class starting should people want to meet and chat before we begin.
