Burnout to Belonging

Are you still feeling burnout from 2020? Are you someone who feels called to make change in the world? Do you believe “being of service” means sacrificing yourself, your needs and desires (seriously – be truthful here)?

When you are stressed, burned out and depleted, you simply don’t have the capacity, courage or clarity to be true to your noblest values (do you even remember what they are?). This workshop will help participants understand their burnout, reconnect with purpose, and belong to themselves – to make a deeper impact on the world.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Examine how your body responds to stressors

  • Learn about burnout – how to identify, recover and prevent it

  • Clarify your values and purpose

  • Design a new model of decision making that (gasp) centers you and your values

  • Create a curated toolkit of practices and resources to respond with greater intention and agency

Classes are donation based, pay what you will. Suggested donation for workshops is ($0-100). You will receive a Zoom link with registration.

50% of the donations will given to local DC nonprofits advancing justice. Donations can be made:
